Thursday February 5th began our 4 day adventure to Las Vegas with Curtis and Jenna Crumbaugh! Jenna and I planned the trip and we surprised Curtis Thursday morning for his birthday! He had no idea where they were going and that we were going with them! We flew out around 1 that afternoon and arrived in Vegas about 3 their time! It was warm enough for a tank top when we got there, and a jacket later. As soon as we got to the hotel we dropped our bags, changed our clothes, got ready, and headed out the door. Our first order of business, find a place to eat! So we began walking, bad idea because we were so hungry! We ended up at the Treasure Island Buffet more than halfway down the strip, I thought we were all going to pass out before we got there. It was very good, and I finally tried sushi....California rolls were a big hit for me! We spent the rest of the evening trying to take in every single thing we could! We stopped at The Venetian, Treasure Island, Caesars Palace, and The Mirage....we also saw the fountain show at the Bellagio...last time we were there we only saw it during the day, it is so much more beautiful at night. On our way we also stopped at a little mexican place where Jenna and I both got a yard of margaritas! Mine was banana and delicious, I was feeling it a little too much by the time we got back to the hotel....and crash I went!
