Dustin's best friend Jake is getting married on July 25th to Holly. Jake's prized possession his Camaro has been sitting in his barn for going on 3 years because of a transmission problem. All Jake had talked about for the past few months was really wanting to get the Camaro up and running so they could drive away in it after the wedding. Dustin and Tommy decided they would buy Jake a new transmission for his early wedding gift and surprise him. So the other night Dustin and I went out to Jake and Holly's, and Tommy was going to come out a little after us with the transmission in the back of his truck. Tommy pulled in and we told Jake he needed to come outside. He was so shocked! His camaro is the second love of his life (I think). ha ha! Anyways, they spent the whole evening getting the camaro out of the barn and starting to clean it up. It took them several nights to get it all back together, and I think they still have a few more things to do. I have never seen 3 men act so much like giddy little girls all night! :) Dustin has already taken a ride in the car, but I was home sick...and I can't wait to go for one...The last time we rode in it was the night it died! We can't wait to see Jake and Holly drive off in it in July!
