We continue to work on the house....we have decided to transform the downstairs "man room" into our spare bedroom. We will be moving the man room/computer/scrapbooking room to one of the upstairs bedrooms and that will still leave us with our bedroom, a spare bedroom and that room upstairs. Than downstairs we will have a spare bedroom for company and the playroom. The walls in the new spare bedroom are currently a blue color, which I absolutely hate...so I am painting. Three of the walls are going to be a country white, and than when I pick out bedding and I am going to decide on more bold color for the other wall, that it the wall with the windows and it will have country white curtains. The spare bedroom will be a little cramped because it will be the home to a king size 4 poster bed, a large armoire and a large desk....all of which we cannot get up the stairs.
We have also been working on the kitchen, we need to finish the crown molding, replace the flooring, finish painting the door, and hopefully by spring replace the open and close door with a sliding glass one.
